- The Mint Restaurant, the first restaurant in Victoria, Britsh Columbia, to offer traditional Nepalese cuisine.
- NJoy catering known especially for its Middle Eastern food and excellent service.
- Sea to Sky Retreat Centre, Whistler British Columbia, with its spectacular mountain wilderness surroundings. Sonja planned and created meals that nourish the body, mind and spirit.
Philosophy
Five Elements draws its name from two Asian traditions which influence Sonja’s cooking: Tibetan Buddhism and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
